Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. Bell is an Michigan native who was born and was raised by her parents Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen was born in Michigan's Huntington Woods with the family of a Polish mother and a father who has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish as well as Irish. Kristen discovered her passion for entertainment from a young age. Her audition was in 1992, and was then offered the role of Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell aged 13 when her mom signed to become an agent was also cast in advertisements for newspapers and television. In addition to taking private lessons in acting, she launched her career around that time. Bell made an appearance as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell took part in the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production at the high school she attended earned her the role of the lead Dorothy part. Bell went to The Tisch School of the Arts in New York City, where she studied Musical Theatre within New York City. Bell, who graduated in 2001, left her studies at the university to play in the role of Becky on Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her first credit debut with the role of Becky Pootie Tang. But, her scene was cut out of the movie and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell appeared together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
